Absolutely wonderful. The team at Ed service were fantastic throughout my loft conversion. From design all the way through to completion of building and hand over.
They took this project from design phase and assisted with the Architectural drawings which were submitted to the local council for approval and planning permission was granted. This made life so much easier as ownership was taken for all the stages of construction.

Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Initial Stage of design to agreed by the client, proceed with the design element and issue to Building Control for approval. Once the plans have been agreed, works to be agreed to construction phase.
