I'm three months into my first years membership and I am incredibly happy. From the assessment meeting with Henry it all felt relaxed and personalised. No hard sell either. I enjoyed trying the different classes in the trial period and really started feeling the benefits. Gradually ramping it up from a slow start has maintained the progress. I rate all the trainers 6/5, I have had some past injuries and they work around them and personalise them. I have found all the trainers and management really considerate and helpful. I was very nervous at first but my concerns were not valid and I have felt reassured and comfortable with the staff and other members at all times. As someone who was very fit and did lots of sports years ago, the lapse of those many years and my age, made me very concerned that I would never be as agile as I would like to be again.
