*****PLEASE SKIP TO THE BOTTOM OF MY REVIEW FOR AN UPDATE*****My experience with Commino has been abysmal. I would greatly urge any business that is looking to use them to reconsider immediately. I hired them in October last year. They do not have an office, and many of their "employees" (I have only ever spoken to the owner's PA, who has left a FAKE REVIEW as per my screenshot and as outlined at the bottom of this review) worked in places like India. They failed with my PPC campaigns and lost me £2,500 on Ad Words. They also charged me a fee of £600 for their services despite the considerable loss incurred. I terminated this PPC contract via a telephone call with the owner of the business. At the end of December 2017, I concluded that their exorbitant prices did not match any of their results and terminated my SEO project via a telephone call with the owner making it explicit to discontinue any work in January. I have now had two debt collection agencies harass me in the last year. Despite my explicit instruction to discontinue work they continued running campaigns for me. I know this to be a false allegation as I was contacted in January by the owner trying to sell me one of his "masterclass" workshops for £1800. The first debt collection agency reached out in February, and I did not hear back from them. They attempted to wind my company up. The second agency contacted me six months later with a similarly aggressive and intimidating approach. I paid Commino £5,000 in two months, so it's laughable to claim that I was not willing to pay them. **UPDATE: This company has taken me to court alleging that I have not paid them. I have spent tens of hours and over £2,500 in legal costs to settle this dispute. Once again, STEER CLEAR FROM THIS DECEITFUL AND MANIPULATIVE COMPANY. I have received letters stating that bailiffs are going to seize my assets.**UPDATE: Jill Bromige who has left a 5* Star review is the company's assistant. Please STOP trying to deceive potential clients by misleading with them false reviews. I anticipate that her review will be removed promptly after they see this message. I have reported you to Google for violating their Review Guidelines. Your behaviour is reprehensible, and I hope that other small business owners do not fall victim to this company's predatory behaviour. More...
