We are family run business based in Leeds, specialists in traditional and contemporary residential housing construction which involves building, repairing and remodelling of structures for the purpose of housing.
We have been trading as a small business for the past ten years only recently expanding our services due to the rise in demand. We employ a team six qualified trades people whose skills range from designing, building, joinery, electrician, plumbing and heating.
The team is managed by Darren who is a builder by trade and George who is a qualified design engineer.
We build single and double storey extensions.
This is building extensions to bungalows, semidetached, detached houses and townhouses.
This also includes garages and outbuildings such as utility sheds.
We carry out ground work to prepare the land that an extension would be built upon. Our expertise is extending to removing, repositioning drainage pipes and soil stacks.
We repair and install brick or stone walls, concrete fences and wooden fencing around buildings.
We refurbish roofs to existing buildings as well as install roofing structures to residential newly built property extensions.
We can assist in the designing of a residential property refurbishment or an extension, working closely with you the client, architects and engineers to realise the construction of your dream home.
