What inspired you to start your own business?
We have previously worked for a large national Home Improvement Company. Having worked for the company for 9 years, we believed that the bigger that company got, the less respect it had for the Customer Experience. We decided enough was enough and formed First Choice Home Improvements. Customer service is at the heart of what we do and we are hoping that is will be the driving force to the continual growth of our Business.
