Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
1. Pre application drawings drawn & submitted to local council by your chosen architect.
2. Planning application granted after approx 6/12 weeks by local authority.
3. Structual Engineer report to be drafted & second phase of architectual drawings along with any construction notes.
4. Tender stage
5. Contractor chosen to complete loft conversion contract as per specification.

I Martin Clark have been in the construction industry for 21 years, I started in the industry as a young carpenters apprentice while attending college at 16.
