Every 4-8 weeks, reassess clients results, and show the client we’re they were and how far they’ve come.

The ultimate step toward being accountable is hiring a good coach. However, I understand that isn’t always going to be feasible for everybody. With that said, you can still become answerable to somebody you trust in your gym. If you’re not doing the right things, they aren’t going to see any changes. This is why having somebody to look over you can be a great idea for increasing your accountability, because you want them to give you positive feedback only when you do things right. Just ensure this person you put your trust in A) understands what to look for and B) will tell you the truth!

The ability to use my knowledge, experience, and love of fitness to help enrich somebody else's life. We assess everything – from your training history and current fitness levels, to your movement patterns and unique biomechanics – to create the ideal training program and exercise selection to accomplish your goals.

Clean all the equipment with a disinfectant after every use. Making sure all my clients keep distance between me and them. Wash my hands and sanitise before and after every session.

With one-on-one personal training your I will create fun and varied sessions based on your individual needs. I will manage you and your program, monitor your techniques and progress and motivate you to give 100% in every workout.

My classes will be based on the fundamentals of boxing and as we progress together lessons will become more technical and tailor to my students ability. I strive for my students to be the best version of themselves every session regardless whether you are aiming to compete, keep fit or just learning for self defence or discipline. My training is focused on building confidence and discipline in my students and confidence in their ability.
