Services

Any type of damage to your property caused by water leaks can be accounted for and repaired by us once we set-up an arrangement with your insurance company on your behalf. Damage caused by leaks from pipes whether it’s bath waster, feed pipes to hot & cold water, or central heating pipes will be covered under your insurance plan typically & once our surveyor has reviewed your damage we can begin the restoration process immediately.

When walls or ceilings have become damaged as a result of a water leak, for example, typically everything behind them will be left wet and damp. This can later cause molding if left unattended to and we’ll take up this issue with your insurance company to make sure that the cost of having this repaired is accounted for.

After having our surveyor review the damage we’ll moisture test all areas and take the necessary precautions to insure all concrete and timber surfaces are thoroughly dried with dehumidifiers and chemically treated to remove the risk of rot and odour occurring later down the line.

If you’ve been affected by a fire leaving damage to your property we can support you with an immediate clean-up of debris and cover all crucial communication with your insurance company. Whether the fire started in your own property, a neighbour’s property or was caused by vandalism, we can help.

Acting as an Expert Witness, we provide a service where we offer professional opinions that are impartial, regardless of the type of dispute in place.
A typical survey includes a thorough assessment of the property identifying any defects relevant to the disrepair. The results of the assessment are incorporated into an official report with annotated photographs.

This legally binding document will outline the investigations, potential causes, recommendations and conclusions of the disrepair essential to any dispute or claim.

As well as having the knowledge and experience, we can also work on your behalf and pursue third-party cases for you.

A Homebuyers Survey is a report that has been designed to give an overall opinion about the property condition.
This report will discuss the condition of relevant elements and provide essential information that legal advisors can use to highlight visible defects. These defects are then put forward for further investigation.

The difference between this survey and others is that it is designed specifically for certain kinds of homes – bungalows, flats and houses. Those that are conventional in terms of their construction, type and are reported to be in good condition.

As part of the report, we can also provide advice related to repairs and continued maintenance

A fire risk assessment is a review undertaken of a building in order to assess the potential risk of fire emanating, to identify the cause of a fire outbreak or the potential harm that could result from the fire, either to your building or the people that occupy it.

We provide Fire Risk and Safety Assessments. These are comprehensive, methodical, and organised reports on your buildings and the activities that are carried out there.
The main goal of these assessments is:

To identify the potential risk of a fire emanating
To identify the cause of a fire outbreak
To identify the potential harm that could result from the fire, either to your building or the people that occupy it.
