Was given details of this company by a ex work colleague, after having a quote from another window company, they were with me the next day to carry out inspection. They listened to what we wanted and there was none of the sales pitch. Dean came out and measured up within days and gave us our options. Left us with brochures to make decisions and no pressure to purchase there and then: our quote came through the following day at an extremely competitive price. I changed my mind a couple of times as to what I wanted exactly and again the quote was amended and re sent nothing was to much trouble: On making the decision the proceed final measurements were done and order placed. The girls in the office were brilliant at keeping us updated as to progress and when the product arrived we were given dates for fitting. Nathan and Dean were excellent. The install happened at the weekend making it more convenient for us. Minimal disruption to us at all and they fitted our babies room window first enabling him to be able to sleep in his room the same night. As previously mentioned nothing was too much trouble the product is to a high standard with neat and tidy finish. The house was left clean and tidy also. I would highly recommend this company, from the first contact through to installation they were very honest, professional, and friendly. Their prices were competitive and they didn’t use pushy sales reps. The guy that come out to my home was the surveyor and fitter so it was peace of mind knowing he had a clear understanding of what I wanted and was very knowledgeable. They removed my old patio and installed new fench doors the job was done to perfection and the team took pride in their work. They left my house tidy with no mess from the works carried out. I was very impressed with the promptness from the moment I engaged with Vicky about asking for Dean to visit my house to give us a quote for a composite door and side panel. His friendly and professional approach when doing his initial visit to installing our very nice front door was faultless. Fantastic service from start to finish! On the initial survey visit both a trained fitter and a surveyor/fitter came out to quote. Both Nathan and Dean were really nice, polite and helpful. Great knowledge and easily conveyed this, as I knew nothing about windows/doors. Anything we weren't sure on, they came back to us either by call or emails promptly. Time scales were quick, and they installed six windows, front door and back French doors for us in a day and it all looks great! Our French doors dropped slightly from the heat, and they came back out the next day to rectify it. We had new windows throughout and a new UPVC door fitted, from the first enquiry, through to survey and fitting the team were outstanding. This team were the only team that listened to our requirements and worked for us, nothing was a problem to them. The communication with the team and office was excellent, polite and respectful always. A pleasure to have the actual full service by the team from introduction, survey and fitting as well as after care, unlike other companies who use a variety of workers. Fantastic job & excellent team. Highly recommend. Easy to arrange survey out of hours as we work during the day, great customer service skills. Everything was explained really clearly during the survey and the team are super friendly. The quote was competitively priced and very reasonable in comparison to other quotes. What I liked most is the quote was what it was, there was no overpricing and then haggling down like other companies. This was straight forward and simple, no nonsense. We got good vibes from the company and glad we chose them. Lead times for install we're good. Great hardworking team got all the work done in one day & cleaned up after themselves. New windows and doors fitted nonstop workers happy friendly and tidy up when finished work started on 2nd July and was completed on the 3rd we are extremely happy and would recommend BW Windows to 100 percent.
