This warranty covers the works carried out by Burrell and Co for a period of 12 months from the date of project completion.

During this warranty period, Burrell and Co will be responsible for rectifying any defects that may arise due to poor workmanship, the use of defective materials, or any other issues directly related to the construction work completed by us.

We are dedicated to delivering work of the highest quality, and this warranty is a testament to our confidence in the craftsmanship and materials used in your project. If any issues arise within the 12-month period covered by this warranty, we will promptly address and rectify them at no additional cost to you.
