The Bodyreachers journey is a plan that fits in with my lifestyle. I love the fact no foods are off limits and it's flexible. The body reach journey is a helpful,informative and affordable program, With support from Luke and other members in a closed group that are in the same boat as you. I cannot praise Bodyreach enough! � I was lucky enough to win a competition for a 10 week personal training plan. I can honestly say it has changed my life. I had let myself go after having 2 kids and couldn’t see a way to lose some weight and get toned. Luke’s guidance and support has been fantastic. I wouldn’t have got through the plan without him. Luke is a great personal trainer! He made me so comfortable from day one. I was only with him for 3 weeks due to holidays but I was looking better after that! He showed me how to lift weights and do it right!! I trained 3-4 times a week and I love it! If I’m ever stuck with anything, he’s always there to help out! I meet evan after he was recommended by a friend, I needed help desperately as i have my wedding in November and need to be wedding dress ready. Brilliant P.T really knows his stuff. Made me feel comfortable in my first session. Luke customises plans for each individual based on their needs and goals but most importantly explains it to you really well so you actually understand what your doing and why. His sessions are never boring which was important to me. Looking forward to more sessions and some good results. Definitely would recommend.��� More...

Always going to get a 5/5 from me. This year I have come strength to strength with Luke's programme. I'd already lost 2 stone on my own and I've gradually lost almost another 2 stone at a steady rate to ensure my metabolism isn't going to break. My physique isn't there yet but I can see the amazing changes from January to now and I'm feeling so much more body confident. Going to the gym is the best part of my day and this motivation has come from Luke. He has given me a diet plan and a fitness plan. I always feel energised and full. I trained with Luke about 2 years ago and I have to say he was amazing. Sadly I had to stop training with him due to personal family circumstances making it too difficult for me to continue to get to the sessions, but his sessions where by far the best exercise/training experience I've ever had. I saw results quickly whilst doing the training and it was great as he mixed up each and every session to keep you guessing, interested and most of all motivated. I was gutted when I had to stop and would recommend him highly to anyone wanting to get in shape, lose weight and also get into a better eating regime as he is a wealth of knowledge in that area too! Thought about getting a PT for a long time �, to expensive?, to military type?, to interested in themselves?. Then boom � found Luke �. First started training with Luke 3yrs ago at bootcamp. Never been so scared to start especially wondering what everyone else was going to think. But Luke made me feel so welcome, never talked down to us, giving out info and advice on what to eat and how to burn fat etc. Would recommend him to anyone. Confidence is ever growing. Luke has trained me for nearly 2 years now, when I first started I had never exercised before so it was a shock, but his sessions push you to the best you can achieve, he's so passionate about what he does and it's hard work but Luke always brings out the laughs as well, I have never looked back as I love our weekly sessions as it motivates me to be the fittest I can be for myself, if you are looking to get fit, have loads of laughs doing it then Luke walker is the man for you

Luke got me motivated about 4 years ago, I'm still exercising now and love it. He understood what I wanted to achieve, created a fun exercise and food programme and encouraged me every step of the way.
