I left the 1 star review and have asked for it to be removed.
Yes we had an issue with a previous employee of simple management services however they have rectified the situation and have since gone above and beyond with our bathroom making sure we are happy with every aspect and not stopping until it is perfect.
They have kept to schedule and any minor delays have been minimal and not disrupted past what we expected with having work done in the house.
Polite, honest, tidy, genuinely care about your project and finish.
I would definitely be returning for future renovations due to the professional service and management.
I have asked for the 1 star review to be removed for the amazing above and beyond service we have received since.
