If you are looking for a lock down exercise class or just something to do in your spare time I definitely recommend Punk Fitness. Rob is a great coach, he knows how to motivate people, has very good knowledge about fitness and nutritions. Classes are streamed live and you can do them anywhere as long as you have access to the internet, I found this very beneficial as would not always make to the class on time. More...

I'm not particularly a spiritual person, but in this case, I can sincerely declare that signing up with Punk Fitness for the 6 week challenge has been LIFE CHANGING! Rob's expertise and guidence together with the incredibly supportive community that form up the Punk fitness family is the key to what makes this program work! Punk Fitness is great fun and a brilliant way of getting back into shape in a short amount of time. Rob is a fantastic coach. With his fiercely passionate determination and belief that everyone of his clients will give their absolute best, he can easily get results out of you that you didn't even think was possible. The atmosphere is great as well, especially with everything that is going on in the world at the moment. It's really nice to wake up early and train in such a positive environment. Rob's 6 week challenge as 2020 ended turned into the highlight of my year. I lost 9kg over a 6 week intensive bootcamp with nutrition support from a top guy. Back down to 88kg - the same weight I ran marathon PB's at 12 years ago. Ambitious life changing 6 week training block that goes to plan..?.. When did that ever happen? Sincere thanks to you Rob. That was a good shift for Nov/Dec and hats off to you for your personal coaching brother. I'll be continuing with your Punk fitness crew to push on through whatever 2021 throws at us. I'd especially recommend Rob to anyone looking to kick start an exercise training revival or crack through that stubborn final/initial 5kg. For Netflix fans... I started with Rob & Punk Fitness in August 2020 at a point when my bad habits and a sense of exercise had combined to make me the heaviest and most unfit I think I've ever been. Through the 6 Week Challenge and beyond, I've been able to use the boot camps, live streams and extra programmes, alongside Robs excellent advice and support I'm the lightest I've been since I was 20! I really enjoy this bootcamp and I decided to keep going with it indefinitely after I completed the 6 week challenge. I've really felt the benefit physically and mentally from going to the outdoor sessions 4 times a week. The group is incredibly friendly, funny, encouraging and non judgemental. I can't speak highly enough of Rob as a personal trainer. I love his holistic approach to fitness and that it's not simply about burning carbs. I've worked with him through injury and he helped train me through intense back pain and helped me get back on track after months of feeling low about training. We help clients achieve their goals by providing results based solutions through a professional and fun coaching environment. We educate and coach rather than just instruct and preach that way the client understands why they are successful and takes ownership of the knowledge. Out of this the client develops their own lifestyle based approach to sustaining their hard earned results for life.

There is no secret, it is widely known but that doesn't make it easy. The way to get the body of your dreams is consistent effort and sensible changes to both activity and nutritional intake as well as lifestyle. Where people often go wrong is that they either convince themselves that they are doing more than they think or they believe that hard training and extreme dieting can go on forever. The art at getting results predictably and regularly is a periodised approach that allows for breaks and recovery in-between sustained efforts and sacrifices.

I love seeing people succeed and grow. What makes my job special to me is that when people take ownership and control of their health or their bodies they achieve something even greater - Self Belief, Confidence and Personal Growth. Seeing people leave more empowered and more resilient than when they started is best thanks or review possible. What an amazing privilege I have.

I have been a coach since I was 15 and worked in the fitness industry since I was 21. Many of those years have been spent in the public and private fitness club environments. Now that I'm 41 and 4 years into being completely self employed I love my job even more than ever. Even since the COVID pandemic I have been able to reach more people than ever by utilising the latest and best in technology and online support and I can deliver a better service and see better results than ever before. More people are taking control of their health than ever before and its great to be a forefront of helping people find success.

Services

We provide coached sessions outdoors using Kettlebells, Suspension Trainers, Resistance Bands and Bodyweight Exercises to develop Strength, Muscle Tone, Muscle Conditioning, Cardio Fitness and Work Capacity.

Our sessions are backed up with online app support with home programs and gym based workouts delivered to your phone or device.

We provide both home and gym based training solutions delivered to your phone or device.

We provide Socially Distanced, Outdoor Body Weight or Kettlebell based group training sessions 6 days a week.

We provide over 20 online Group Training classes - both Bodyweight only and Kettlebell (or similar weight) based sessions. These are available 7 days a week.

We provide a unique person by person, individually tailored Nutrition Coaching model where dieting and calorie restriction is only on part of a 4 phase model (this is where other systems go wrong).

We look to educate and teach as well as evolve with your progress so you get the best support for your specific needs.

Finally we will help you integrate your learning into a long term manageable lifestyle that is sustainable for the long term so you can manage your nutrition yourself without support.

With nearly 100 hours of Ironman racing experience and a lifetime of endurance racing our coaching is born out of the crucible of Resilience and Challenge.

We provide Online, All Year, Periodised and Seasonal Training that builds from where you are now to the best possible you for the starting line.

We use our state of the art coaching platform to deliver all your workouts and check ins to our app on your device.

Full nutrition support and race prep included.

Work with an Expert Ironman and Leve 2 Swim Teacher to both get you from absolute beginner or race ready with in person coaching and online programming for the pool too.
