I have always been in to fitness but since reaching my 40's I found my body wasn't reacting to the cardio I was putting my body through. I have now been training with Murat for over a year now and I can't recommend him highly enough. Murat pushes you to reach your goals but always makes the sessions fun, varied and worth the money. He also ensures you're doing the exercises safely so you don't sustain any injuries or issues in the long run. Murat has taught me that I was focusing on the wrong sort of exercises and has introduced me to strengthening exercises as well as boxing, something I never would have had the confidence to do. Arguably 4.5/5 given how often it becomes untidy, but to be fair given its 24 hour usage it is hard to fault the gym staff on what happens at 2am. The 24hour aspect is by far and away what attracted me to this gym, I work in a pub so the normal 9-5 simply does not suit me. I find the equipment to be of a solid to very good quality. I can use the machines safely or venture into free weights. I enjoy the freedom of plotting my own routine without having a PT hovering over me. The gym goers by and larger keep to themselves and don't tend to offer unwanted "help". I really love working out in the early hours as for the most of it I've the whole gym to myself. If I did have a "wish" it would be for some more boxing/MMA kit but I appreciate that wanting that is VERY specialised and probably not usable by the majority of members but how good would some focus pads be for low kicks ect. Just one thing that really annoys me you can never find the weights you want.....(3kg & 4kg) weights they're either on 1st floor, or the Basement. ...waste time trying to find them when your trying to have a Workout, as either Fitness Instructors or other people using the gym too lazy to put them back where they should be....Owners of the gym should tidy the equipment on a 2 hour basis as no one takes notice of the notices!
