I joined 2 years ago, it was daunting at first as I was very embarrassed about my weight issues and lack of energy. On meeting Raph for the first time I totally felt at ease, I felt like I had known him for years.
He is so easy to get on with, he is knowledgable,motivating and passionate about helping you get to your goals. During the pandemic we had our 1-1 sessions on zoom. Raph always checked in with me even when not training. Mollie is my yoga teacher who is also passionate

I am now a longstanding member of Raphs' and also Yoga with Mollie. Coming from a dance background, I had always been quite aware of what my body needed in terms of fitness and nutrition, until I stopped about 5 years ago and my body changed completely. I came to Raph to find a new love of fitness through new ventures and to understand the body I have now. 18 months on, I am now a keen runner, love to lift weights and have found in my inner YOGI! Raph is a great trainer. I have been working with him for just over 2 months. I have lost over 1 stone and several inches from everywhere.
The best thing is that Raph doesn't just help me lose weight, he helps my body get stronger. I had my son 2 years ago and naturally, my body is weaker but I also sustained some knee injuries before then.
Raph helps identify when my body is "cheating" and to help me correct that so both sides of my body grow evenly in strength.

Diet is key to everybody's health and well-being. We believe its 60% in the kitchen and 40 % fitness.
We Train You Gain's nutrition adviser can help with all areas of your diet and nutrition. We believe that educating people is the key. Healthy eating has many benefits including increasing energy, boosting immunity aiding healthy sleep and having a positive impact on a persons mental wellbeing.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret to achieving a better, healthier body. Quite frankly it can sometimes take a lot of hard work and dedication. But we are here to make the hard work fun and enjoyable and the dedication worth it. We 'll help you target the areas that need improvement.
If you adopt an all round toning and fitness programme coupled with a great, healthy diet you'll definitely see results. Keep to those main points and together we can achieve a new you.
What do you love most about your job?
It's so satisfying to be able to build up in a client the belief and confidence that they truly can be healthier fitter and look better. It gives me a real buzz to make this happen. And if a client has a had an illness and are unsure of themselves, i can gently help them train back to fitness and self-belief. A win,win situation all round!!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've worked in the fitness industry for 10 years and always enjoyed meeting and helping people. I've watched and helped many individuals through some difficult journeys from fitness and rehabilitation and the results i have been able to help them achieve has inspired me to create a company/team of like minded professionals that can offer a excellent service to those in need.

Working with We Train You Gain you, the client, are immediately put at ease and are able to freely discuss your desired objectives. Not everyone likes to train in a noisy, busy environment with crowds of people. So a quiet one to one session in our studio may be perfect for you. We can also offer professional in depth nutritional and diet support to suit you. Exercise Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation is the process to regain full function following injury and involves restoring strength, flexibility, endurance and power. It is achieved through various exercises and drills. Rehabilitation is as important as treatment following an injury but unfortunately is often overlooked. The aim of a rehabilitation program is to regain pre-injury levels in all aspects of physical fitness. Circuit Training -
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or Endurance training/resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.
Yoga courses
we have online yoga courses available for beginners to advance. these courses are day time and lunch time.
One to One Yoga
This yoga sessions help design a bespoke programme to help train you and get your technique.
Online Fitness Classes
fitness class means a structured form of exercise or sport instruction, conducted in a class environment under the direction of an instructor, including, but not limited to, aerobics, gymnastics, circuit training, boot camp, aqua fit- ness, cardio, flexibility, stretching and abdominal exer- cises (including yoga)
Online Yoga Classes
It's a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation. There are more than 100 different forms of yoga. Some are fast-paced and intense.
