I met Alan winner nearly over a year ago.I visited a few of his classes and often wondering what was happening.

Alan winner came across as humble,passionate,he teaches from the heart. the students too are a good group of people.The main class i take part in is Sanda kickboxing.I have also liked kickboxing but learning to transition strikes to takedowns.

sifu Alan,also put me in with a good training partner,someone of simular weight and experience.Alan comes across as very patient and willing to help us learn from our mistakes.
