We are a HR & Employment Law Consultancy who work predominantly with SMEs on either a HR Associate, retained or pay as you need us basis.

With over 12 years of operational management and HR experience, specialising in employment law but also employee relations such as disciplinary hearings, grievances and disputes in the workplace, and recruitment you are working with the right people, with testimonials to back up professional practice.

Our lead consultant has paralegal experience and works closely with a law firm, but also seeks counsel from a retired Judge as needed. The HR support and advice you are getting is invaluable, and excellent value for money. All advice is professionally insured.

Our experience and insight spans both private and public sector, and ranges from dental practices, small shop units and learning establishments through to small engineering businesses and HGV drivers. Anybody who employs somebody needs a contract of employment, and many businesses need occasional support from time to time, which our services are geared towards but will be totally bespoke to your situation and what you think you will need.

You can engage us on a pay-as-you-need basis if you have a one-off challenge or issue, or we can be available to you whenever you need us (within reason) on a retained basis, for a fixed rate each month which is highly competitive when priced against the larger companies offering consultancy services. We can also provide you with HR software to allow you to log holidays, absences and store employee files (no paper!) if required, but this is optional.

We do not charge extortionate fees, our fees reflect our need to make a living in a professional and competitive industry, but are not set to penalise you for trying to do the right thing. Good HR practices are important for your business and we want to make it feasible for you to achieve this.
