AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! A job that was quoted as beginning in June and taking 2 weeks is still not complete and it is now November. The installation was shoddy and we had to chase almost daily to get anything complete. We are still awaiting snags to be rectified including damage caused by the workers that came to rectify the first mistakes. No one does anything, they just apologise and stare at their navels. Now that the weather has turned, we are experiencing the rain inside as the water literally pours in to our kitchen from our new bifold window. Would thoroughly recommend this company, polite, honest and hard working, the whole team were outstanding. Our main installers Si and Ade really cared about the quality of their work and getting it exactly right. Their professionalism and friendliness were second to none. A brilliant father and son partnership. The conservatory with five fold and sliding doors is highly impressive, solidly built and beautiful. The matching kitchen door and sliding windows are equally excellent. Si and Ade have done a superlative job with fine attention to detail and finish. We wouldn't even ask for a quote anywhere else if we had more work to be done. We would definitely use South Coast Home Improvements again and advise you to do the same! More...

Epic, and quality work from Tony and Mikes team at South Coast. Lovely chaps, polite and punctual - most importantly, the communication through build was constant and when they said something would happen, it did and spot on budget. James, Tom and Connor did lots of digging and set the foundations for the conservatory and moved our back door to the end of the garage. Si and Aide put in the shell and glass, Dan and James set the flooring - twice after we made a design change! Josh sorted the electrics then Andy finished everything off, all while coordinating with a tricky Kitchen build. Top marks all round. Kinda miss them already! :) More...

We are so pleased that we chose this company to replace all of our windows and build a new conservatory. Right from the word go we have felt that nothing is too much trouble and the company has a traditional feel about it where the customer is put first. The design process was really good and we were really impressed that whilst he was drawing up the plans, Tony noticed that our initial design may not look balanced so made the effort to come and explain a possible alteration to balance it up more. We are really pleased he did because it now looks fabulous. Our fitters, the amazing father and son team of Si & Ade have totally excelled in their job. From the moment they started work we felt a complete sense of trust in the quality and efficiency of their work. They have been absolutely outstanding, I really cannot fault anything they have done and I really got a sense that they were finishing things off as if it was in their own home. I know they were keen to have the front windows in first so when I came home it would be immediate impact which I thought was a lovely touch. We had some slight damage (not by Si or Ade, another fitter that came to help) to a drawer in our kitchen, however Mike came out to see it and immediately took responsibility for it. He then went to Wickes to order a new one to have it replaced without any fuss. Similarly, Si noticed a problem with a glass unit having finger marks inside (obviously made during manufacture) and they have ordered a new one and will be replacing it, again with no quibble. I have felt totally confident with every step of this process and I have no hesitation in recommending South Coast Home Improvements. More...

What a wonderful job - 15 new windows have improved our home immeasurably, in looks, insulation and sound-proofing . We can't thank you enough. Some staff are deceitful, rude, disrespectful and untrustworthy, I.e. using our garden as a toilet, verbally abusing me in front of infants & deceiving me to gain entry to our property. The job should have taken 4 to 6 months, but wasn't finished 9 months on, which is when they refused to finish and had to offer a discount for the uncompleted work. I'm sure Hayden will reply saying that it's not true or unfounded. He refuses to take responsibility for his staff, there actions and therefore still employs unpredictable members. No site management and poor communication.I would stay well away from this company, in future! More...
