Cotacted Steve with a wasp problem in a extractor fan pipe in outside wall. Came out and sorted the problem out including fitting a new extractor pipe and fittings. Steve is absolutely superb. We had a rat problem which he sorted within a matter of days. He is totally reliable and arrived promptly for every visit and came fully prepared with the necessary equipment. He spent time thoroughly investigating all areas and quickly identified the causes and proceeded with the appropriate course of action. He is honest and trustworthy and works completely within the parameters of health and safety law. He went out of his way to help by assisting us with clearing out thegarage. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and was more than happy to give us lots of tips and advice on prevention, and, as part of the service, advised on where entry points needed to be blocked off by a builder. What do you love most about your job?
To me it's not just a job but also an interest, which in turn means that I am always keeping myself up to date with the latest treatment methods, regulations and new products.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I find working for myself allows me to provide a higher level of service and more thorough service than I might be allowed to do if I was working to targets.
