I've been training closely with Shaz for a couple of years, with a focus on nutrition and improving my cardio. I can honestly say, Shaz keeps it so simple for me to understand and apply to my lifestyle! Seeing AMAZING results so far.

I have been training with Shaz for a while now. He's very motivational and has helped me to become more confident, and achieve goals which I thought were impossible.

He is able to make bespoke plans to cater for individual needs, and adds variety to the sessions so it never becomes routine.

I would definitely recommend Shaz. A motivational PT whos is willing to push you to your full potential!

I have been training with Shaz for the past couple of months and I could not be happier with the progress I have made under his guidance.
He has been extremely committed to help me achieve my goals of becoming more toned and to increase my overall fitness and strength levels.
I love the precision, variety and the challenges he puts into each session whilst motivating me too.
Shaz is very knowledgeable in all areaa of the fitness world, and
always ensures that I understand what I am doing and why I am doing it. He also works very closely on perfecting the technique to each exercise and through careful stretching has helped me overcome a back injury too.
He is extremely reliable and I throughly look foward to our sessions together. I would highly recommend him to anyone as he is a devoted and hard working trainer striving to reach our best!
