Allyson and I had been talking for months about sorting the bathroom out as we had a leak on the side of the bath. We looked on the check a trade web site and called a couple of people to give us a quote. They turned up at the time we asked for and we showed them what we wanted. They had a look in the bathroom and quoted a price just by looking no measuring up or checking pipe work and radiators. Then Roy turned up note book and tape measure in hand, up we go to the bathroom, we explain what we want and the he gets down on his knees (I thought he was going to pray) but he then whipped the side of the bath off and looked around underneath. Next he gets his tape and measures the whole room top to bottom side to side. He advised us to get things that we never thought about. He brought some samples with him and showed us what he could supply. He quoted a price for the completed job so we knew exactly how much and how long it would take. So we had some high level financial discussions and rang him the next day to say we wanted to go ahead and do it. He gave us a start date and sure enough he turned up at 9 o’clock to start four and a half days later we have a brand new shower room. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Roy and lads, totally reformed our toilet and bathroom, came on time, worked non stop but they do love a cup of coffee and cheeky biscuit lol, can't find any faults in their work nice down to earth lads no swearing or temper tantrums, even put up my curtain pole, would highly recommend and will defo use this firm again, thanks again lads ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
