Analysis: where you now doing a movement assessment and your nutrition through we do movement training first before you do any weight training

Rebuild: through the this phase you will increase the training and have some loads on eg weight and through this we will give you more education about nutrition and weight training

Jon has been an incredible coach to me over the last 12 months. I can't recommend him enough. His calm and entertaining style has helped me fall in love with lifting and has improved my fitness to levels I did not think possible 12 months ago. I've learnt loads about form and right way to do things instead of just trying to figure it out myself (which never ended well), and has also meant that I am constantly seeing improvements without any of the misery (and injury).
