I am so proud to say I have been working as a team with Rachel, One Body PT, with a variety of clients who needed specific exercises for their injuries. Rachel has given me and my clients so much inspiration, constant support and creativity when designing fitness programmes and coaching the client 1:2:1! I went to see Rachel to improve my running times and to generally get a bit healthier and fitter. In just two sessions, I've lost 2% body fat, gained 3% muscle and also achieved a new PB on my half marathon time, taking off 7 minutes from my previous best.
Rachel is wonderful to work with, always so friendly, professional and optimistic. Highly recommended.
I also went to see Jen at Anglesey Injury Clinic and by working with Jen and Rachel together, the shin pain I was having, is well on its way to be being fixed. Great working partnership.

I have never met anyone more inspiring motivational and positive Rach is a true professional-excellent advise about nutrition my training programmes are tailored so that I enjoy and can continue at home would not be trained by anyone else can highly recommend !!!!!!!

As a performance athlete, Rachel created an excellent personalised training programme for me, to both fit my time restraints and training requirements.
Rachel is very knowledgeable and highly motivating. I would recommend One Body PT to anybody, regardless of your fitness level.

Rachel Armstrong - not 'just' a Personal Trainer for the elite athelete but a motivational asset to anyone wishing to improve their fitness, what ever the reason may be.
Rachel inspires, educates, motivates and trains, passing on her knowledge in a methodical manner. In addition she uses her nutritional qualifications to further enhance the process, providing the complete package.

I haved worked with Rachel for 16 months now and she has been a complete inspiration. Her initial programme helped me improve, strength, balance and mobility while preparing for a double hip replacement. Better preperation and expertise I could not have hoped for, and this has led to a speedy and effective recovery. I got in touch with Rachel (used to work with rachel) I was at the point where I need help, I spoke to Rachel and asked for some help! Even tho I live in York Rachel was brilliant she called me and we discussed what I wanted, Rachel rang me and we we put together a programme for nutrition and helped me all the way! I was in contact with Rachel all the time, I could email her and she was always there. Rachel has helped me see a different way in life with eating, what to eat, how much to eat and helped me all the way! I now see food and exercise in a different perspective and it's great. I started personal training with Rachel 5 months ago because of a knee injury but also because I felt stuck in a rut with my weight and generally feeling stressed. Rachel is one of the most motivating, positive and kind people I have ever met. She really knows her stuff! I’m now enjoying running and biking again with my family. Rachel provided excellent nutrition advice and I am gradually losing weight and feel so much healthier and happier. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their health! More...
