We found this agent through research. Everything we read or heard said they were good, but experiencing it was even better. They are super friendly and very young and vibrant, Don't let this fool you. They are tirelessly professional, pursue problems to the bitter end on your behalf and make everything as easy and pleasant as they can. They have both sold a property for us and let a property for us. We tried other letting agents in the area and this is the only one that ticks every box. My house sale was lots of trouble, but I never felt like the unwelcome or difficult customer during communications. I would like to say big thank you to Mike from the Northwood agency. Mike and his team are very professional and they are looking very well after the clients. I have rented flat through Nortwood agency and they offered me a flat for good value of money and great location. They are very prompt to deal with and any issue is resolve promptly. Recently I have decided to buy a flat together with my husband and my first steps lead to the Nortwood agency to speak to Mike. I did not have any experience regarding property value and Mike was so very kind to help us out. He did not mind to spend the time with me and explained to me to detail what I need to look for when I want to buy a property, how to find out the real property value, where to search for the property, he also give me advice about the independent mortgage broker and good solicitor. His agents were very professional, always in time and they were very kind and always with great smile (thank you Juliette). If anybody is looking for a flat to rent or to buy I would recommend Mike and his agency 100%. Our house was very quickly sold through Northwood, but we did consider their Guaranteed Rent, which is a brilliant option if want to relocate but keep a foothold locally.
