First I'd like to thank Nikki for helping me build up the business side of my soap business. What inspired you to start your own business?
I helped a friend out with her new pub's marketing and realised that I still have the skills to work in marketing and that my experience can help to save businesses considerable amounts of money in making sure that everything is planned effectively and with general understanding of how to use print, publicity and social media to build strong relationships and create a media buzz.

Because I know what its like to be small. I have a background in hospitality which drives me to ensure that I understand why you should undersell and overdeliver and so I bring that into my role.
