Over the last 12 weeks we have had substantial work undertaken, including a loft conversion & en-suite bathroom and a complete update to the first floor with a new boiler, bathroom, plastering, fitted wardrobes, replacement of the architrave, skirting boards & doors. The reasons why I chose MB Carpentry and recommend them to anyone include the following;1 Prior to undertaking work I received a written quotation, itemised for ease of understanding.2 The team turned up between 8 - 8.30 each morning. They never failed to show and were friendly and respectful at all times, I never had the impression that they were working on other jobs.3 Jobs were undertaken by experts in their areas, e.g. plumbers for the boiler & roofer for the roof.4 They made good on all areas requiring additional work.5 They were as tidy as it is possible to be when doing this work.6 They came back after completing the work to adjust door heights once the carpets were down. I needed a refurbishment to a two-roomed outbuilding to convert it into an office and a gym. I called MB for an estimate and, unlike many builders I have spoken to over the years, a representative came the next day and within 24 hours I had the quote for the job as well as an estimated time of 5 days from start to completion. The work, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and joinery were carried out by experienced, friendly tradesmen who took great pride in what they were doing. And it took 5 days to complete !
