Lovely welcome, especially for my accompanying puppy! Great bedroom, compact but had all that I needed. Bathroom was fabulous!
My room was directly above the bar area in the atrium. Late night noise was a bit of an issue but fortunately the windows and heavy curtains muffled the noise. Height of the fixed shower head in bathroom was a little low for a tall person, but that's pretty much par for the course unfortunately!

Really nice hotel. It was an old Greek church. Bar area is very nice for a couple drinks. The group I was with ate breakfast and it was very good. The parking is the only thing that isn't so great. This is to be expected in a city. More...

Went for afternoon tea as a birthday treat for my mum. We had the festive menu, although I would have preferred the regular one, the food was still tasty and a bit different. I am not a gin fan, but the cocktail they made to accompany the afternoon tea was by far the best cocktail I have ever had! The cute teapot presentation made the experience more of a fun novelty, loved it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, although I felt they could have done with another member of staff on duty as service was a bit slow to begin with due to people popping in for a lunchtime drink, this wouldn't deter me from returning to the Malmaison again as it could have been a one off. I would recommend the afternoon tea as a nice wee treat to yourself to anyone. More...
