I absolutely love my kickboxing lessons and my daughter is an avidly keen ju-jitsu goer. The instructors are so skilled and make the lessons fun. Definitely recommend to anyone out there who wants to learn a martial art that is effective or wants to generally keep fit . All of the coaches and Sensai's are dedicated to the Martial Arts world and thrive on teaching students new and effective methods of self defence . Having been around the martial arts for quite a few years, it was a pleasure to start training at LJJ last year. The quality of instruction is excellent, and both technique and safety are paramount considerations for the instructors and coaching staff. Everyone I have encountered in and through the club has been both friendly and encouraging, from non-martial artists taking their first steps, through to the senior brown and black belts who are more than happy to coach and encourage.
