Beth’s weekly Pilates classes are highly enjoyable, motivational and instructional which help to shape my regular exercise regime. Weekly sessions are complimented with superb one to ones which are tailored to my specific goals. She’s highly knowledgeable and passionate about her subject and has helped me to understand and look after my body a little more. Regular massages are the best I’ve ever had and delivered within the comfort of our home. I can’t recommend Beth more highly. More...

Beth’s classes are just brilliant, she is such a good teacher, keeping individual levels in mind and motivates us all to want to do more! Her massages are also excellent, definitely the best I’ve had, again focussing on individual problematic areas. She understands the body as a whole and explains what is going on so well. Well done Beth, you deserve every success! More...

I had an amazing massage this morning by Beth. She was aware of the areas of my body which needed the most attention, took great care in ensuring I was calm and relaxed and talked me through the pressure and moves she would be using. I feel like a weight has been lifted from my body, and my muscles and the range of movement has improved already. I highly recommend Beth for both massages and Pilates!! She has helped me out so much to make me feel like myself again. Thank you :) More...

As most of my fellow attendees of "Pilates with Beth" class every week will know,my shoulders are usually locked and shrugged! Thanks to Beth and two of her Deep Tissue Massages, these are loosened, lower and allowing me much more flexibility in my upper body. Every massage gives me a greater understanding of my body and with Beth talking me through her massage and how I can help myself, with physical and mental well being tips, these are so beneficial. The luxury of enjoying these treatments in my own home also means no travel afterwards so I remain relaxed and soothed for longer.... I would highly recommend Beth for Deep Tissue Massages and also PIlates classes, together they work wonders. More...

Q&As

I’m of the opinion that humans are part of nature and not separate from it. Nature, given the opportunity, has the incredible ability to heal. And so if we are nature, our bodies have the ability to do this, too.

We’ve spent years using the Earth as a commodity and we treat our bodies in the same way, expecting them to show up for us day in, day out, without giving them the respect they need. But our bodies are our allies, and I believe we owe them the space to regenerate, be well and thrive, instead of simply keeping up with our demands.

In 2015 I took a career change and re-trained as a Pilates teacher and massage therapist, so I could delve deep into anatomy, the power of breath and the body’s ability to transform, heal and find balance. I completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training to extend my ability to tap into mind-body connections and spirituality, and promote a balanced lifestyle to others.

Led by my unending curiosity, I wanted to see the science that explained the benefits of these ancient practices. As a certified Integrative health coach, my practice combines Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine with naturopathy and modern Orthomolecular and Functional Medicine. To me, this blend of science and holistic wellbeing is a perfect way to help others uncover their own ‘why?’ and find balance and happiness.

I explore how complementary practices can be used in combination to improve wellbeing. By teaching ancient disciplines that are informed by modern science, I draw on a range of tools to help you move towards balance in your practice and in your daily life

Throughout our consultations, I’ll focus on the ‘why’s’ and ‘how’s’ - helping you to understand why your body is behaving in the way it does, and how - ultimately - you can manage your wellbeing and take control of your own health.
