What do you love most about your job?
We love to help businesses be the best they can be. If you believe Richard Branson when he says "your staff are your greatest asset" then helping businesses be the best they can be surely starts with the people your business employs. If your employees are empowered, engaged and have a sense of where the business is headed they are more productive, happier to embrace new challenges and real ambassador for your business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The desire to help people and businesses, both of us had a foot in HR already both from a formal education stand point and a practical point of view. We know how to manage and engage staff, how to handle difficult conversations and the processes that should be followed when dealing with HR challenges so a business providing HR support was a natural choice for us.
