Keeping HR Simple have helped us with all of our internal HR documentation from staff handbooks to GDPR policies and have done a fantastic job in supporting us. Perhaps the most valuable service they have provided however is the motivational maps for the team. This has really helped us with recruitment and making sure we know exactly how to motivate our staff, which surprisingly is not always through a pay rise! We are a small business with only 10 members of staff but with Employment Law changing as quickly as it does we are in need of some expert help and advice. Katherine and Jason have provided that service. They have supported the Company and its Employees over the past 8 years. They assist us in recruitment, disciplinaries, appraisals, strategic planning, in fact anything HR related. We have a small business, and can't justify our own HR department, and so looked for an HR support company. We searched for choices, and decided to go ahead with Keeping HR Simple because unlike the others, they took time and care to understand what we were looking for. ..other companies had a "one size fits all" approach, and our type of business or specific needs seemed irrelevant, which put us off.
We have now worked with Keeping HR Simple for 6 years, and absolutely made the right choice. In fact, we couldn't have managed the last 6 years without them. Their support and advice is clear and understandable (cutting through jargon), delivered in a friendly and reassuring way (it's so comforting to know someone is on your side), and ensures that we have a way forward which works for our business, and meets legislation. This can only come from a wealth of experience.
As a business owner, you never know what is around the corner, and when you'll need HR support. Keeping HR Simple provides this to such a level of excellence that we'll never consider going anywhere else.

I have found "Keeping HR Simple" do exactly what it says on the tin! they keep it simple and straight forward. Katherine and her team are there when you need them, and when you need them they are quick and efficient to respond, which is essential for small privately company like ours.

We love to help businesses be the best they can be.
