Personal Trainers

Working with Jenny has been fantastic. She got to know me, and has put together a set of workouts which match my current ability, and push me to improve over time. I am doing things now which I never would have been able to do when we started working together, and my physical health has massively improved.
On top of that she has helped me to get my nutrition on track, by giving me a nutrition plan to follow and helping me with tips and tricks to keep me going through those afternoon cravings!
She has helped me to make a massive change in my life already, and is always pushing me to keep going. I cannot recommend her enough.

Personal Trainers

Jenny is amazing and has helped me improve my fitness and lose weight. Her sessions are always different. She listens to what you wish to focus on and creates a suitable plan for it. She pushes you when you need it. I never thought I could run, but have found that I can, but most recently, the resistance bands are fantasic. The sessions are always fun and even though I may ache a bit the next day, it is always worth it. I would highly recommend Jenny to anyone. More...

Jenny created a nutrition and exercise plan for me to help me to lose some weight and increase my fitness levels. The recipes were interesting and tasty and the exercise plan was gauged at the right level so that it wasn't too intense to start with but I really feel stronger and healthier for it. I have come a lot further than I thought I would in such a short time. I feel fitter and I have lost around 2lb per week since starting the plan. Jenny is professional, supportive and encouraging. Using a variety of measurements and techniques I can identify exactly where you are in terms of your health, fitness and nutrition. I can then tailor make a programme that helps you to overcome the barriers you may face in achieving your goals in the past.

One of the main barriers that people have is fear. Fear of failure. I have worked with individuals and seen them achieve things that they never though possible and this is done through support, encouragement and a gradual but progressive programme. At the end of each session, instead you will feel a sense of pride, confidence and accomplishment.

Gain an understanding of your own nutritional needs and plan meals that you enjoy. You need to find a meal plan that you can stick to long term and not just a quick fix fad diet.
You also need to find the right exercise programme that works for your needs. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes when it comes to exercise. Everyone can find the right programme for them with the correct advice and support.

I love making real connections with people and forming a genuine relationships that are supportive, motivating, encouraging and valuable. This leads to people being able to make changes to their lives and perspectives that they never thought they could.
I love to see people grow with confidence, increase their quality of life and become happier with themselves and their lives.

With over fifteen years of teaching experience I have become skilled at coaching people to achieve their goals. I have worked as a Health and Social Care teacher in a college teaching adults about diet, nutrition, development through the life stages and health and well being.
My passion for exercise developed after having two children and using a local creche to enable me to have some 'me' time'. I have never looked back as the benefits of exercising regularly began to improve every aspect of my life.
It seemed a natural step to use the teaching skills I had developed and my passion for exercise, to help other people to change their lives for the better.

Clients should choose me because I am kind, caring and understanding. I value everyone as a unique individual. I will work hard to tailor make a diet and exercise programme that will suit their needs, current fitness levels and personal goals of my clients.
The most important thing to remember when starting a new programme is that everyone has a different starting point and personal ambition. Scientific measurements and assessments will be used to understand my clients key levels of health, nutrition and fitness. This will then be used to create a specific and unique programme, which is also based upon scientific methods, in order to gradually build up to achieving amazing things.
