Integrity Property Management was formed in 2005 and in Q1 2016 acquired Campsie who were established in 1971. Increasingly it become obvious, as we were instructed on more developments, that the previous appointed managing agents failed to maintain the developments in accordance with the lease, which inevitably resulted in service levels not meeting the expectations of residents.
It became evident that the majority of what we were required to do to resolve these problems was legal work and not building work!
Integrity, in 2015, recreated itself from a traditional managing agent to become the FIRST law firm to be regulated not only by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) but also by ARMA-Q.
Integrity is a full-service property management company that offers solutions to legal and building issues for Resident Management Companies, additionally we protect them by ensuring that they comply with all their legal duties and responsibilities whilst ensuring that leaseholders receive the best service and value for money.
Integrity is fully regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and also by the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA). In addition, we also subscribe to The Property Ombudsman and the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). Our dedicated accounts team ensures that client accounts are managed to the highest standard and in accordance with the best practice requirements of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and ARMA. We are a RICS Designated Professional Body (DPB) and are licenced by them to undertake General Insurance Mediation Activities.
Within the group, our property management team look after a portfolio of residential developments as well as commercial and mixed use buildings. The residential properties under management include prestigious blocks of apartments as well as private estates, purpose built developments and listed conversion buildings. We ensure that our clients are familiar with the whole team to facilitate ease of communication, in addition each new instruction is allocated an account manager who will be the first point of contact for our clients and they will be easily contactable during normal office hours.
