I've been to three guided meditations now at the Wellbeing Centre and each one has brought it's own unique experience. I'm looking forward to attending more events. on a whim my partner and I headed to their open day this summer, best decision ever! Kim and her team are so welcoming, the workshops have really opened up my way of thinking and I can honestly say my mental health has improved massively. when you visit you become part of warm, welcoming community who all want to help and uplift one another. for my 30th birthday I booked in, bit last minute but they sorted me. long story short, they did a brief health check, gave me lots of open communication, the place was tranquil and clean. It was professional but not clinical, personal but not weird. I completely mellowed out, the scents, conversation, and fluffy blankets made it a proper treat. Had the most rejuvenating pregnancy therapy ever today! With a guided meditation, reiki and the most amazing facial & head, neck, shoulder massage! It was beautiful, so glad we have something like this now in wigan! Kim is just a lovely soul and a little nurturing from her was just what I needed! I felt so comfortable and welcome! I also want to say that I came a few weeks ago for a mindfulness story time with my 2 year old which was also brilliant by Pauline. I look forward to many more treatments at the centre! Xxxx More...

I’m from Bradford, but was fortunate to have a meeting here. The cafe has such a wonderful feel to it, allowing you to feel welcome & relaxed. I also found out that it has a chatter & natter table to help tackle social isolation and has regular events running for the community. While there I enjoyed refreshments and lunch. I opted for the vegan chilli that came with chapati & yogurt - seriously it was absolutely scrumptious & only cost me just under £4. In fact, it was that good I bought a take away option so that I can re-heat another day. I can’t recommend this place enough, but just sorry it’s not on my doorstep or I’d be visiting more regularly. I went to see Kim after spending a couple of weeks not feeling quite right. Kim suggested that I should try the access bars. I'd never received anything like this before but just wanted to start feeling more like myself again so went with an open mind and I am so glad I did! I have felt so much better and back to myself and I just wish I'd gone sooner! I'd definitely recommend speaking to Kim or Wellbeing Wigan to see what they can do for you. More...

Had my first treatment today (Hopi Ear Candles) from the lovely Kim and absolutely loved it. From start to finish I was relaxed (thank you) I was assessed holistically prior to my treatment, and was informed throughout about what was happening. Just been treated by my Mum to a lovely lunch here...delicious filled flatbread with salad and a fabulously rich americano coffee. ..the ladies who run everything were very friendly and we even got a sneaky free taste of yummy flapjack too...how wonderful to have this place right on our doorstep for a treat...have booked for an event and looking into trying some treatments too!!
