Handling Construction Ltd

I was not satisfied with this outfit, I would like to be objective and fair. I choose primarily on price, Handling was lowest quote on my work; I was only told on the day booked that the quote was no longer available and that it would be drastically higher. Making the second lowest quote a better option. I ended up having to search last minute to ensure the work was done by an alternative plumber. The electrician although competent, was not fully equip, as he arrive on foot with rucksack and hence no heavy/required equipment, electrical jigsaw to install a hob. Also, the hood outlet hose came loose after 2 days and we had to wait for electrician to return to secure it. I don't want to bring emotions into it but I certainly got the brunt of my wife's anger for my selection of Handling Construction. More...

As I explained, on the day when we quoted for this small job my plumber was working on the next road to yours and could pop around for an unbeatable price. When you appointed us two weeks later, he was no longer there, so the £15 unbeatable charge had gone(I did explain this). In relation to the unfortunate hood hose coming loose I know we responded within 24hrs. Just to note, a jigsaw is not a common tool for an electrician but he adapted to the situation and got the job done.
