G Dolden and Associates have done five surveys for me now and their service could not have been better. They have always provided a very comprehensive and thorough report and have always been available to discuss any concerns I have had. In particular I will forever be grateful to Mr Dolden for spotting the dreaded Japanese knotweed growing next door to one of the properties, as I doubt many surveyors would have noticed it, and so what would have been a disastrous purchase was happily averted there.
