Josh has managed to design a fitness regime around my life - no small achievement with lots of work based travel and most weekends spent away from home. After three weeks I already feel fitter and healthier. I can't recommend Josh highly enough. More...

As a non-runner, I started working with Josh 10 weeks ago with an aim to begin running and to complete a 10K. I had a basic level of fitness but was not confident I would be able to achieve my target.
Josh has provided me with an individualised programme to meet my personal needs. His understated professionalism, knowledge and patience enabled me to improve more than I thought possible.
Josh has gone above and beyond what I expected, keeping in regular contact and keeping me on track.
I have successfully completed a 10k in a much better time than expected. I now enjoy running, will continue, and I am planning future events.
I highly recommend anyone who wants to improve their fitness, lifestyle, diet and most of all their confidence to contact Josh.

As an active person, interested in nutrition, I led a relatively healthy life, but felt I wasn't reaching my full potential. Exercise felt like a chore; I was that person who plans to go to the gym, but spends the day finding reasons why I can't. When I did go, I felt aimless, unsure if what I was doing was the best way to achieve my goals.

Josh gets that life is busy & that exercise can fall down the list of priorities. He therefore advocates an approach of building activity into each day so that it's accessible, enjoyable & becomes habitual. He's also realistic; sometimes you want to eat ice cream & fancy a walk instead of the gym! With a calm, understated manner, he outlines what you need to do, how you need to do it, and why. It's been easy to stick to my exercise plan, as Josh tailored it around my life, & because I can clearly understand the difference each bit of effort is going to make. The benefits were pretty instant; I feel strong & more body confident.

Josh stays in regular contact, offering continued support & expressing a genuine interest in progress.

Could not recommend anyone better. Josh has really helped to improve my overall fitness, strength and stamina. He has pushed me to my limit every week and I have felt myself grow stronger and fitter in that time. I have enjoyed every minute of my training sessions and would recommend Fearless Training to anybody as Josh works really hard developing routines specific to each individual. I first got in touch with Josh to help with pre-hab strengthening before a knee operation. After discussing the details of surgery and my current level of fitness josh devised a number of workouts some shorter and some longer ones that i could fit in around my workday.

Focusing on lower body strength but also incorporating core and upper body work. I have exceeded my expectations in our regular stength testing sessions.

Josh has always been available outside of my sessions to answer questions or offer advice; he's friendly and approachable yet professional

Josh helped me to get stronger and in a great place prior surgery which has definitely helped with the initial recovery. Im looking forward to working with josh again once im recovered.

I use a 4-step method with my clients. 1. Understand your current situation. An upfront an honest conversation to gauge where you are and where you'd like to be. 2. Assess your current level of fitness using a easy assessment which can be completed anywhere. This allows me to track your progress. 3. Implementation. Once I analyse your initial assessment we begin working towards your goal, implementing new components of fitness as you progress. Its designed to be fun and sustainable so I'll continually challenge your understanding and we'll keep regular contact like all good teams do. 4. Evaluation and Maintenance - Once you reach your goal then its time to reflect. You may want to carry on working towards a new goal? It's likely you'll have discovered new personal boundaries and are curious to find where the limits are. You be happy with where you are and want to understand how to maintain your new lifestyle.
