Joining Ealing Kung Fu school was one of the best thing I've done. Learning martial art helps me to increase my flexibility and strength. It is improving my fitness level and it is so much more fun than a going to the gym. The classes are always different with lots of challenges inc. cardio, agility training, breathing techniques, sparring etc. The students are very friendly, helpful and supportive. The instructor, Henry is a very skilled and dedicated with a great sense of humour. I highly recommend you to join us and see for yourself. There is a famous Chinese proverb that says: " The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now." More...

Joining Ealing Kung Fu school has been one of the best decisions I have made, for both my children and myself. Henry is a great teacher, disciplined, fair and with a good sense of humour. He has background in a number of martial arts and the classes are always interesting, varied and stretch you physically and mentally. The students in both the adult and children’s classes are friendly and helpful with each other. The children’s classes are well structured and I have noticed that my children have developed confidence and better control of their bodies through the training. I have found I sleep better, am calmer in stressful situations and my memory has also improved through the training that we do in the class. If you are tired of the gym, want to be flexible, strong and mentally tough this class will get you there. I thoroughly recommend it. More...

I really enjoy attending the classes here. Everyone is freindly and helpful and the content of the class is always diverse, interesting and challenging.
The instructors are always on hand to explain with a vast amount of knowledge between them so you know you're being taught pragmatic, useful techniques and not pie in the sky martial arts!
I thoroughly recommend!

I've been practicing Nam Pai Chuan in Ealing for over five years and the more I do it, the more I like it.
The classes are extremely varied and include a wide range of exercises that help develop body strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and stamina.
NPC focuses on both traditional forms and practical self-defense applications, making it a well-rounded system, so, if you are looking for a new challenge, this is definitely the right place

Asked for a table for 3 and even though there were empty tables everywhere we were turned away as fully booked. I asked why and was told in 45 minutes it would be full. This is the 3rd time this year this has happened without a reasonable explanation. We could have stayed for 35 minutes but no option was given. Wouldn't be so bad if you had reserved signs out on tables. More...
