Excellent Kung fu school. Children get quality, small group teaching with the very committed ,experienced instructors. My son has made great progress very quickly and he truly enjoys it.

These Shaolin Kung Fu classes are truly excellent. The instructor, Henry Wolstencroft, is a very experienced martial artist, and you can tell that he has thought a lot about the purpose and application of the movements he teaches. His classes are also extremely varied, and include everything from stretching and conditioning to forms and sparring. I really enjoy attending the classes here. Everyone is freindly and helpful and the content of the class is always diverse, interesting and challenging. The instructors are always on hand to explain with a vast amount of knowledge between them so you know you're being taught pragmatic, useful techniques and not pie in the sky martial arts!
