What do you love most about your job?
I love the psychology behind marketing, not that like to admit it but I have always been a techy geek so I am always at the forefront of the marketing industry learning all the clever ways to get customers to take action.
As an agency, we love working & creating synergy with our clients. We love working with passionate people who believe in their brand and have the vision to grow and expand. Rome wasn’t built in a day couldn’t be a more fitted saying when it comes to business but you have to constantly progress to stay at the top.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been an entrepreneur since the age of 21, I had my own warehouse selling Dyson vacuum cleaners on eBay but unfortunately, after a 2 year period, we could no longer maintain the profit margins due to increasing competition. (Something a lot of businesses can empathise with)
I then started an event's company working with artists like Justin Bieber and Drake. (I still have the events company and we are currently in our 10th year.)
The reason I got into Digital Marketing is that I used techniques that were working really well for my events company we were having great success with and i got addicted. Marketing is all about psychology that gets customers to take action. It fascinated me and i became addicted to the birth of my agency Digital Escalate.
