I had my new garage installed one month ago and i am more than happy to say how pleased i am of it now .The workmen who did my base also installed the garage one week later which really pleased me to see familiar faces on the job. Thank you to everyone at Dencoft .

Very happy with the product and service. Dencroft built us a "concrete store" a couple of weeks ago (essentially a single garage sized shed), including a new concrete base. There's a set price list - no haggling or time limited offers to mess about with. The build took place across two days (one for the base and one for the store) and the builders were great. Friendly staff both office and installers, the delivery came on the day as promised and the fitters were absolutely spot on, they worked hard all day and finished around 5PM with a long drive home in front of them. Very good value. I definitely recommend Dencroft Garages. More...

Bought a dencroft garage 23 years ago and they were very good then....so when the door finally gave up we went back to them for a replacement. Still the same friendly fantastic service. We were so pleased we decided to buy a concrete shed to replace the old one (that we had also purchased from them at a similar tine). New shed fitted this weekend and the old one dismantled and removed. Lovely chaps, and again excellent service. Highly recommended. More...

Hi, thank you for your response, below.I appreciate the effort you’ve gone to in order to alleviate my issue.However, since I posted the review I have had two hinges manufactured and the personal (side) garage door is now back, functional. I’ve updated the rating to reflect your excellent aftersales customer support.I’m sure another of your customer will more than appreciate the hinges, if they suffer the same issue. Kind regards...................................................................Purchased a garage in 2006 which was perfect, we were very happy with it, until today.One of the hinges, on the side entry door, snapped so I contacted Dencroft to obtain a spare part. I was informed that they no longer deal with the company (Normstahl) and that my only options were to either find a fabricator and have a bespoke one made or to get Dencroft to fit a new door at a cost of £400 (nice little earner for them)Having searched the internet there is nothing like them obtainable. So either way it’s going to cost a small fortune to get my door fixed.12 years is too short a time to find that you cannot get parts...... So be warned! More...

From first contact with Dencroft, then their representative's visit and expert advice on how best to achieve my aims, to finished garage/workshop - every thing went smoothly. A much better and stronger building in my view than others I had looked at before choosing Dencroft. The company's three men worked tirelessly to complete my larger than normal building in one day. Lovely new garage and great service. Trapsed round the internet and numerous showsite lookin for a new garage, wish I'd gone to Dencrofts first, wouldn't have bothered going anywhere else. The lady in the office gave me a quote and showed me round the showsite, answering my extremely long list of questions easily and in language i could understand. The tongue and groove panels were a great deal maker for me and the extra height with their "unique base" means we can fit our gym equipment in. The fitting team were brilliant, really hardworkers and a credit to Dencrofts. Would and have recommended Dencrofts to all my friends and neighbours. More...
