How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Most garages are dependant on internal height, floor depth and substrate depth.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Check floor/wall composition, wall thickness may be nesasary to extend foundation to add second coarse of block stone or brick, internall height to comply with building standards specification, many other factors to many to list.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
This would depend on overall standing room and the size of the joists within the attic space and reconfiguration of internal bracing witch would have to be submitted to a structurial engineer on approval of design to allow safe construction.

On site viewing, assess client requirements submit to structurial engineer to input/design, and build accordingly, we offer all this in house.

Over 18 ago become a sole trader, following serving part of my time as coffin maker I progressed to becoming a joiner with Barr construction, concentration mostly on building Tesco stores which I partook int he building of 16 in total, then progressed to Barr stadia, concentrating on football stadiums, with Hibs being my first following various others, I left Barr stadia to start up for myself and have done very well since with customer satisfaction and complete coordination of the project from start to finish my goals on any project.
