Our business started through both a frustration of overly bureaucratic human resources that created more reactive and confusing services than taking a proactive approach, which reduces the staffing problems and makes life and business easier mixed with a love of sport - specifically rugby.

We're not everyday consultants! Heard that before?

We don't refer or think of ourselves as a consultancy at all. We support to establish business systems that reduces the time spent on staffing issues and creates more simplicity. In short we look to avoid the staffing problems from arising, but we're there to support when they do!

How we work...

We want to feel as though we're part of your business and that developing these staff contracts and handbooks are like we're creating them for ourselves! So getting a detailed brief of your business, what makes you tick, what makes you different to other similar businesses and any specific requirements is essential.

We do not just provide a template! Its in our DNA to save you time wherever we can when it comes to staffing issues, so we complete the contracts all the way, which means all you need to do is collect a signature and ID from your new starters!

Our Approach...

Its as like 1, 2 and 3. Simplicity to the core!

1.) Brief
​We get a detailed brief about the business, your values, your vision and your aims. Even on contracts and Handbooks, we make it our purpose to immerse ourselves as a partner. We then provide you with a simple one page brief to complete in relation to your new staff member and when we commence work we also send a brief in relation to the policies and procedures that will be both essential, legally required and best serve your organisation.

2.) Work our magic
​As soon as we receive your completed brief by email our team really kick into gear. We are committed to our service level agreement to provide you all your new starters contracts within 3 working days and for the initial handbook we complete this within 5 working days.

AND...

3) Get their autograph!
​This is it! Literally, all you have left to do is collect the new employees signature on the contract, keep a copy and ensure they've passed all of your pre-employment checks with proof of rights to work in the UK etc. Notify all your staff where they can find the organisations handbook and you're ready to go!

​Paying your staff is now different a basic contractual requirement than paying for your groceries when you go shopping. So making sure that such a basic an important requirement is managed effectively and consistently for your staff is pivital.

Look after your staff and they will look after your clients and your business...simple! So our payroll cut off dates are what we consider our moment of excellence and our time to make make sure that you can look after your staff.

Managing the payroll function within a business can be one of the most time consuming element of managing your business. So other than making our processes as supportive as possible, its important to our core values and mission that our systems effectively provide time back.

Our payroll closes on the 15th of every single month, like clock work;
All changes for each month are simple sent through to us and actioned as promised;
Our systems ensure that we are fully updated with all Tax codes whenever there are changes;
Our payslips are 100% electronic
We complete full monthly payroll reports which are designed to work in harmony with our HR Workforce reports and provide a full analysis of your staff; and
The potential to have Cloud based services so you and your staff can access our systems remotely with access to view payslips, P60s and much more

Pensions Auto Enrolment...

If our payroll services were not enough, we also provide support on setting up and maintaining your pensions for all your staff. Perhaps one of the most over looked changes of recent times is the impact of pensions auto enrolment.
