How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Encourage, Motivate, Educate! Often clients contact me without the first clue about where to start. With a little confidence and the right direction from myself clients do achieve their fitness goals. With my background and past experience I'm able to quickly establish where a client might be going wrong and what my client needs to do to achieve success.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Knowing what your doing (the tried and tested science behind fitness) and persistence (Keeping to a healthy diet and exercise programme)!
What do you love most about your job?
Helping and enabling people from all walks of life achieve!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Unlike most Personal Trainers, I am not motivated by financial gains. I have a successful Property Business which means I could retire young. During my younger years I graduated from University with a degree in Architecture and worked within that field for 11 years. Working with clients fitness goals and often turning not just their body shape but their lives around gives me a great sense of job satisfaction I simply wouldn't feel in any other line of work. Some clients have spent the best part of their lives unhealthy and depressed about their physical appearance. The physical and lifestyle changes I can help with, often then have a knock on effect on a clients confidence, relationships and overall happiness.

I believe in a Holistic approach to Personal Training, not only addressing a client’s fitness goals but identifying any real or perceived mental barriers to success. As a single Father who has past work experience as an Architectural Team Leader and Volunteer Counsellor for a Children’s Charity, I believe I have the life skills to identify with a clients obstacles and frustrations. Often what we feel we cannot achieve, we actually can with the right encouragement, knowledge and direction. I believe that each client is an individual and I am able to quickly establish the best route to achieving success taking into consideration that clients own unique circumstances and background. Throughout your fitness journey, I will not only be your Personal Trainer but your advocate, mentor, friend and coach.
