After finding mouse droppings in my holiday let I struggled to find a reliable professional company that could deal with the problem quickly and efficiently since I don't live in the area. Another company told me they could help, then let me down with delays and unreliability. Luckily I found Luke at All Clear Pest Control. They were out there within a few days , set up all the baits, kept in communication with me by email, did everything they said they would. In early spring we noticed at least two different rats searching for food under our bird feeders and drinking water from our pond. I wanted to engage a local pest control/eliminator and so All-Clear Pest Control was actually the first call I made. So nice to be answered by a real person, (Luke) who shared my concerns and made the effort to visit the same day. He listened to my recall of our observations and asked questions that led him to deduce their route into the garden which involved crossing under our neighbour's decking. I learnt a lot about rats from Luke who placed poison strategically in bait boxes & trays. Our neigbour has young children and so Luke ensured the positioning of these poisons was impossible for children to discover and touch. Luke's follow up visit some three weeks later confirmed that rats had taken sufficient bait to ensure their demise and all boxes were removed. I called All-clear pest control when i found out there had been a sighting of a mouse in my restaurant! I could not believe this had happened to me, luckily no customers had seen it. i immediately called all clear, the man on the phone was so understanding and went out of his way to make sure the problem was sorted the same day. A young man soon arrived and inspected my restaurant, He found a small entry hole that indicated where the mouse got in and soon got that that filled in after laying bait points safely in my restaurant. since treatment we have had no problem with any vermin and are now keeping them on a contract to make sure this doesn't happen again. Very Professional, Polite and affordable! I have used this company twice now and they have been great. Last winter i had a rat infestation in my home, i was terrified! I called All-Clear and they came out with 2 hours of me calling! they solved the problem in no time. I recently i had a wasp nest in my garden, so i called All-Clear again and they got rid of the wasp nest within 24 hours! My holiday chalet had squirrels in the roof space causing chaos, and also underneath. This was dealt with really quickly and the hole blocked up to prevent future problems. I can no longer hear them crashing around overhead! I have put details in my contacts, for future reference. This company are very fast and professional,I called all panicky and they came the same day and checked the house out. He found the area where the rats had come in and gave advice as what to do to prevent further problems. The young lad will return in 2/3 weeks to collect the traps.
