I am not looking for that quick fix and nor should you. in my own training I try and achieve small steps each session, towards my bigger goal. this way I am always progressing, never standing still and always my own success story. this applies both in the gym and in the kitchen.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
with an initial consultation we discuss your needs, goals and expectations, this goes both ways. laying out my expectations from you too.
After this and depending on your goals planning the next 12 weeks is the first step. setting realistic targets and observing any obstacles we may need to overcome.
With all new clients i would perform relative fitness tests to see where we are NOW and where we aim to be. from here the program is set which we walk together.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
This is tough because we all dream of different things, to be slimmer, to be toned, to be big, faster,stronger or healthier, the list could go on.
So i guess its no secret when I say CONSISTENCY IS KEY.
It did not take one day to get where you are now, so it wont take one day to change. but step by step you can change.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy educating people, giving them the tools and knowledge to put in practice the changes and watch them become healthier and happier.
