What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
1. Firstly, tell us what you'd like us to deliver and achieve for you?
2. Can you tell us about your business?
3. What are your time-scales and approximate budget?
4. Do you have your own ideas about the creative look, or would you like us to WOW you?
5. What's your secret weapon - that thing that your customers really love?
Describe your creative process.
1. We'll ask questions until we precisely understand you and your project
2. We'll agree a brief with you, clarifying goals, deliverables, budget, responsibilities, and timescales
3. Read, research, and show you samples. And think. A lot.
Then we get seriously creative.
4. We'll present our ideas, talk through our thinking, and listen to your feedback
5. We'll come back and present full visuals
6. Tweak until everything is spot-on. Get your sign-off, and deliver the goods.
7. We'll check you're totally happy, and only then, send a very reasonable invoice.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Before we put pen to paper, we'll ask you to tell us everything we need to know about your business, products, services, and your objectives.
So we understand what good looks like for you. Then we'll get to work.
