Signing up for swimming lessons is a great decision no matter how old you are. Swimming is the safest and healthiest kind of sport as it takes the pressure off your joints, strengthens your muscles, improves circulation, and makes you fit. Being in the water is always relaxing, and learning how to swim from professionals will help you overcome your fear and become more confident.
  • Bark can find you swimming lessons that are fit for all ages. You can find swimming lessons for adults, professionals, beginners, teens, and even swim classes for toddlers. Swimming from a young age will help the body develop properly and make the child fitter and healthier. Adults can use this hobby for stress relief or as a form of health protection as it helps prevent numerous conditions, including arthritis and heart disease.
  • The swimming lessons you can find through Bark will be affordable and match your needs perfectly. Many swimming trainers offer private lessons for those who want to develop a specific set of skills at his or her own pace. You can also find professional swimmers who specialize in physiotherapy and will help you recuperate after an injury or surgery.
  • Swimming lessons are great fun, but if your goal is weight loss or body building, you will need the help of other professionals. We can help you find nutritionists and personal trainers who will design a personalized program that will allow you to reach your goal.

What inspired you to start your own business?

In 2009, ‘SEAL Swim Club’ was founded by Simon Easton, as a means to keep the Toronto District School Board’s ‘W.A. Porter Collegiate’ swimming pool from permanent closure.

From its inception, ‘SEAL Swim Club’ acted as a bridge between learn to swim classes and elite competitive swim training. The main objective was to provide high quality training for swimmers interested in competing, but not looking for the high commitment of an elite swim club, while the underlying objective was to foster the love of swimming as a lifelong sport and activity.

After incorporating ‘Simon Easton Aquatics Ltd.’ in 2016, the company adopted the trade name ‘SEAL Swimming’, to encompass all aspects and age groups of swimming development.

Why should our clients choose you?

At Seal Swimming we believe that swimming is essential for children, to build strong bodies, healthy minds, self-esteem, social skills and community values, as well as water safety awareness.

We provide an individualized swim experience to all our students, empowering swimmers to reach their personal potential by providing the highest quality swim training in a fun, safe and rewarding environment.
