I heard about Life Coaching for the first time about 20 years ago and decided then and there that that’s what I would do with my life… But, I wasn’t ready. I was too young and knew I had to have more life experience and more maturity to best serve my future clients. Fast forward to today and boy has the universe delivered! I have since overcome some heavy traumas, I’ve battled addiction, I’ve broken the cycle of toxic relationships, and finally, I took a leap of faith and left a long-term unfulfilling job that I was great at and that gave me financial stability.
Today I live a life that I’m proud of: I am doing fulfilling work that I’m passionate about. I have the most loving and supportive marriage with my equal and soulmate. I have built a life of balance, with good habits. I’ve resolved several health issues, I’m back down to my ideal weight and have finally decided to live a life of authenticity in alignment with my true self and my true desires.
My life certainly wasn’t always like this!
It takes courage to admit to yourself that you’ve made mistakes and you’re not where you’d like to be. I had lost all confidence in myself which made things that much harder.
It took me a long time to realize that I had to take full responsibility for my own happiness and that trying to fit into other’s expectations of myself would prove to be impossible if I wanted to fully respect myself. I resisted change because I was afraid of being judged by my family and friends.
And my transformation certainly didn’t happen overnight…
I needed to rebuild my confidence and I needed to understand what made me take those wrong turns. It can be a daunting task to really confront yourself and be honest with yourself. It’s hard to know where to even start.
This is why it is my absolute honor to work with people who are facing life challenges. I have always been a creative problem solver and an “efficiency expert”.
