After being a Personal Trainer for over 5 years something didn't feel quite right. No matter how hard I tried and helped people reach their fitness goals, they still weren't happy. I started questioning my abilities as a trainer and found myself not being fulfilled by my work anymore. As time went on I started coaching my clients on what they were actually unhappy with.. feelings of being stuck, stress and overwhelm, not feeling good enough and zero self love for themselves. The training sessions were slowly turning into therapy sessions and I was getting so much fulfillment from it I knew right then and there what I wanted to do. I made the shift to being a Life Coach and it's the best decision I ever made, I love what I do!
My client's desired outcome and goal is always my goal. The sessions and teaching are always with you in mind, I will never get anyone to do something they don't want to do. Our sessions is a safe place for you to share your thoughts and emotions free from judgement. I always say picture me as a giant net and if you decide to jump and go into a deep place and express emotions that are painful I will be there to catch you.
