What do you love most about your job?
My hybrid coaching approach is designed specifically for professional managers and business owners. I love bringing all my experience and education managing organizations globally, teaching and coaching, to help clients be their best by implementing better practices.
What inspired you to start your own business?
With 20+ years travelling the globe, working and teaching on business strategy and managing projects, I decided to zero in on the lack of systems thinking getting in the way of people's organizational and personal achievement. I knew I could help and opened Practical Coaching Ltd. in 2014.
